We offer for rent a luxury apartment 100 meters from the sandy beach in the Costa Blanca, La Mata. The apartment is located next to the magnificent park with the Molino del Aqua Park waterfalls and the Salinas de La Mata Nature Reserve. The apartment has got 2 double bedrooms (1 extra bed), living room with kitchenette, bathroom, balcony with sea view. Facilities: air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave oven with grill, refrigerator, TV, Wifi, cot, bed linen, towels, 2 beach chairs, parasol. A communal pool is available during the summer months. Near the apartment there are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center. Arrival after 3 pm. , departure to 10 a.m., arrival in late night hours is not a problem. La Mata is about 30 minutes by car from Alicante airport, we offer a transfer from / to the airport for 40, - EUR (one way), we also offer trips, see the price list, all with an English speaking driver (guide). Payment for accommodation: Deposit of 10% of the price of accommodation after confirmation of booking Surcharge of the price of accommodation 2 months before arrival
Cancellation: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, the guest will pay 70% of the total accommodation price, in case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the guest will pay 100% of the total accommodation price. If the guest does not arrive at the apartment, he will be charged 100% of the accommodation price.
Payment for cleaning, electricity consumption and refundable deposit is paid on the spot.
